BOCI Industry Leadership Reception (BOCI Day)

BOCI Day is a cornerstone gathering hosted by the Bus and Car Operators Confederation of India (BOCI) during the Prawaas 5.0 Summit. This exclusive program brings together the esteemed members of the National Council as well as representatives from State and UT Councils across India, constituting 250 members, for a pivotal meeting. Throughout the day, a series of strategic meetings and forums will take place, setting the stage for collaborative initiatives and impactful discussions. The day will culminate with an Evening Reception attended by distinguished leaders from the State Transport Undertakings (STUs), influential figures from Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), and other prominent personalities from the transportation sector.

Policymakers’ Roundtable

This will be a closed-door forum designed to foster dialogue and collaboration between policymakers and industry stakeholders. This exclusive roundtable will bring together key decision-makers from the public and private sectors to discuss important issues, policies share insights and create a roadmap for the future of passenger mobility and transport sector. This significant exchange will harness the collective expertise and vision to drive positive impact and change on a national scale

Bharat Prawaas Awards

The Bharat Prawaas Awards, spearheaded by BOCI and curated by MM Activ, will honour excellence across India’s passenger mobility ecosystem at Prawaas 5.0. Recognising outstanding performance across key segments, including Intercity, Intracity, School and Employee Transport, Tour Operators, Taxi & Tourist Cabs and PPP-SPVs, the awards celebrate operators who consistently set benchmarks in service quality, safety, and reliability.
Now instituted as an annual recognition, the Bharat Prawaas Awards go beyond accolades, paying tribute to those who move not just people, but also trust, progress, and transformation across every journey in India.
